Three characters, three visual languages, one house. Turnarounds, expressions, wardrobe flats and gear plates — the unglamorous paperwork that makes a character survive contact with a camera.
Character Transformation3D AnimationCharacter design and continuity — lock a cast on paper before a frame gets rendered

What we tried
We tried designing for continuity first: a character that cannot survive a turnaround cannot survive a second shot.
What happened
Wardrobe flats and prop plates did more for consistency than any amount of prompt wrangling.
What we learned
We learned a reference sheet is not concept art. It is a contract with the next shot.
